Solutions

Solutions that connect tools and improve processes.

We start with the work that needs to get done. From there, we assess how to connect tools, organize information or build a solution around your needs.

01 · Integration and automation

Connect steps that still depend on manual work.

When information needs to move between tools, we assess connections, transformations and validation rules that work within the capabilities and permissions of the systems involved.

  • Workflows using APIs or file imports and exports.
  • Rules for checking records, preparing formats and handling failures.
  • Hypothetical example: a request recorded in one tool is validated and sent to another according to the process rules.

02 · Data

Turn scattered information into data you can use.

Organize, standardize and validate data from authorized sources, with criteria defined around how your business needs to use that information.

  • Structure files and standardize fields.
  • Identify inconsistencies and duplicates using agreed rules.
  • Hypothetical example: spreadsheets from different departments are organized into a common structure, with issues flagged for review.

03 · Applied AI

Assess AI against a specific task.

AI tools can support classification, extraction or analysis. Their use depends on the need, data quality and intended boundaries, with evaluation criteria and human review defined as part of the project.

  • Define the task, permitted data and expected output.
  • Assess results, failures and cases that require review.
  • Hypothetical example: suggest categories for incoming requests, leaving uncertain cases for a person to check.

04 · Custom software

A dedicated tool for a clearly defined need.

When existing tools do not fit a process well, an application with a defined scope can help organize its steps and information. Features, access, hosting and responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

  • Map the workflow, users and operating rules.
  • Build and validate the agreed features.
  • Hypothetical example: an internal application to record requests and track their progress, with the fields and permissions defined in the scope.

Ways to work together

Assess a need or implement an agreed solution.

The engagement depends on the stage of your project. Pricing and a project plan are set out in a proposal after we understand the context.

Assessment and consulting

Analysis of a specific need. This may include process mapping, a feasibility assessment and recommendations, as set out in the proposal. There is no obligation to proceed with implementation.

Projects with a defined scope

Implementation with agreed deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities and validation criteria. Documentation and guidance follow the terms of the contract.

Before choosing a solution

Clear boundaries are part of the project.

Feasibility depends on authorized access, platform capabilities, information quality and the operating environment. The scope also sets out what is excluded and who is responsible for operation and maintenance after delivery.

  • Integrations and technologies are assessed for each need.
  • Platform and infrastructure costs need to be identified during planning.
  • On-call services and ongoing support are outside the initial offering.

Working together

A few things to know before you start.

Do I need to know which solution to choose?

No. Start by describing how the process works today, which tools you use and what you want to improve. That context helps us assess the next steps.

Can a project involve more than one service?

Yes. For example, data may need to be organized before tools can be integrated. The stages and their dependencies are defined in the scope; services are not included automatically.

Can I commission an assessment on its own?

Yes. Assessment and consulting can be commissioned as a separate engagement with their own deliverables. Any implementation that follows requires a specific proposal.

How are pricing and timelines determined?

The proposal takes into account the need, deliverables, access requirements and project dependencies. There is no single price or timeline that applies to every solution.
