Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and project type are optional. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the information you provide will be handled through that channel. We do not request identity documents, payment details or attachments at this initial stage.

Please send only a general description of your needs. Avoid passwords, credentials, customer data and other confidential materials. Any information needed for a project will be discussed separately in the appropriate context.

How we use the information

Information is used to understand your enquiry, respond to you, assess the feasibility of a proposal and continue discussions you have requested. Technical records may also be used to operate the website, maintain security and prevent abuse.

Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize a marketing campaign. The website does not use the form to make automated decisions about individuals.

Hosting, email and external channels

The website uses Hostinger for hosting and Google Workspace for email. When enabled, the form forwards your message to Yarih’s email without creating a contact database on the website. Within Yarih, Pietro handles enquiries; service providers also process information to deliver the services we use.

WhatsApp and GitHub are external links that you choose whether to open. Your use of those services and the information you provide to them are also subject to their own policies. Providers may process information in other countries, depending on their infrastructure and terms.

Cookies and technical records

This website’s code does not include analytics, advertising, session recording or marketing cookies. Information entered in the form is not saved in your browser’s local storage. Hosting and security services may retain technical records, such as IP addresses, dates, times and requests.

The form’s protection uses temporary tokens and attempt counters linked to an identifier derived from the IP address, without storing the IP address in plain text in those counters. Message content is not recorded in application logs. These controls do not prevent providers from keeping their own records.

How long information is kept

Messages are held in the email service and retained as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a record of a business relationship or meet applicable obligations. The need to retain information should be reviewed when its purpose ends; this website does not state that messages are deleted automatically.

The form’s protection counters expire after one hour and are removed by cleanup that runs during subsequent requests. They may remain in the file until that cleanup next runs. They do not contain your name, email address or message.

Your requests

You can contact us to request information about processing, access to your data, correction or deletion, or to exercise other rights available under applicable rules. Each request will be assessed in light of its context, the rights involved and any retention obligations.

We may ask only for the information needed to confirm your identity and protect the data involved. Contact contact@yarihtechnologies.com and avoid sending sensitive documents unless advised to do so.

This notice may be updated when the website’s features or the way information is handled changes. The update date appears on this page. Processing related to a particular project may require additional information and terms, which will be provided in the relevant context.
