Integration and automation

Systems integration and process automation.

Connect tools and organize workflows that currently rely on manual steps, with a solution shaped around your operation.

Discuss a project

The starting point

When work spans several tools.

01

Copying and checking

Records are transferred manually from one system to another.

02

Bringing information together

Recurring updates depend on combining files or exports.

03

Repeating validations

The same checks are needed whenever new data arrives.

04

Preparing files

Information needs to be converted into different formats for each tool.

What the work can cover

Connect, transform and validate.

The approach depends on the available capabilities and the agreed scope.

  • Integration through APIs and authorized platform features.
  • File import and export workflows.
  • Format conversion and record validation.
  • Failure notifications, where included in the project.

Before implementation

Feasibility starts with the real process.

The assessment considers access and permissions, documentation, platform limits, data quality and execution frequency. Confidentiality and the impact of a failure also guide the decisions.

Scheduled tasks or continuously running services need an environment and maintenance responsibilities defined in the project.

Hypothetical example

From an incoming request to an operational tool.

Imagine a company that records a request in one tool and then copies its details into another. If the capabilities and permissions allow it, a workflow can check the required fields, transform the record and send it to the destination.

01Receive the record from the source.
02Validate the fields and prepare the format.
03Send it to the destination or flag a failure, following the project’s rules.

An illustrative scenario explaining the approach. It is not a case study, an implemented demonstration or a client result.

Possible deliverables

What the proposal sets out.

Depending on the agreed scope, the delivery may include:

  • An implemented workflow and validation criteria.
  • Code and other files as agreed in the contract.
  • Execution and configuration instructions.
  • Tests, documentation and known limitations.

An integration also depends on the quality of the information.

Inconsistent fields, duplicate records and unclear rules may require data to be organized and validated before automation.

Perguntas frequentes

Questions about integration and automation.

Does an integration require an API?

An API may be one option, but some needs can be met through authorized imports and exports. The approach depends on each tool’s capabilities, permissions and limits.

Can I keep the systems I already use?

This is assessed during the analysis. The starting point is your current operation, but a connection between tools cannot be guaranteed before their capabilities and restrictions have been checked.

Can just one step be automated?

Yes, the scope can focus on a specific step. Its feasibility and dependencies are assessed before an implementation proposal is prepared.

How are failures handled?

Rules for validation, stopping execution, logging and any notifications are defined according to the workflow and its criticality. Ongoing monitoring and support are not automatically included in the delivery.

Where does manual work repeat today?

Describe the process and the tools involved so we can begin to understand the need.
