Working policies

These principles explain how Yarih organizes its work. The specific terms of each engagement are defined in the relevant proposal and contract.

Scope and delivery criteria

Before building, we define the expected outcome, deliverables, dependencies and validation criteria. Timelines and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

Participation and access

The project takes into account the availability of information, authorized access and participation by the people responsible for clarifying rules and validating deliverables.

Changes during the project

New requests are assessed for their impact on effort, timelines and deliverables before being added to the scope.

Data and the use of artificial intelligence

The use of data and tools is defined according to the project’s context and authorizations. When AI is involved, we establish its purpose, usage limits and review criteria.

Documentation and ongoing use

Guidance, documentation and any support or maintenance terms are established in the engagement. Continuous service or unrestricted coverage after delivery is not assumed.

Sharing project information

Case studies and portfolio materials use information that may be shared publicly. Clients, metrics and documents are included only when appropriate authorization and evidence are available.
